How’s your diet? Do you eat variety of healthy food like fruits and vegetables? Eating more healthy food is the key to healthy eating habits. I mean, meat is not bad but it should be eaten in moderimagesation. And eating fresh fruits is much better than of candy, ice cream etc. When you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruits. Well, today, I want to share this simple ways to become healthier.

1. Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. This includes whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

2. You should maintain a healthy weight. Check out the right the weight for your height.

3. Eat moderate portions. Don’t eat a lot.

4. Do not skip meals. And if you do, it can lead to out-of-control hunger, which results to overeating.
