Hot chili peppers

Do you like peppers? I love peppers, especially in certain foods, like the sauce for barbeque. Oh, yummy. Now, I feel hungry. I am going to make this post faster. I am craving for chicken barbequimages1images1e. Do you wonder why hot chili peppers are hot? Well, it has something to do with insects and microbes. Fungi eat down the seeds. And plants in areas with more of the seed-destroying fungus produced more capsaicin. Capsaicin is a material that gives the peppers their heat. So, it has something to do with some living things.
