Good and Bad Carbs

Are you conscious about your diet? Do you avoid carbohydrates? Actually, you can find bad carbohydrates and good carbohydrates. Some people don’t realize that there are two kinds of carbohydrates. People who are into losing weight likely avoid carbs in their diet, which is not good because our body need some carbs too. Carbs are mixture of starches, sugar and fiber that provide the body. It fuels our body for physical activity by breaking into glucose. Glucose is a type of sugar that our cells use it as source for daily activities. When you eat good carbohydrates, you are less apt to build up body fat.

Whereas, bad carbs are processed foods such as flour, refined sugar, and white rice. You can assimilate these carbs faster into your body. But, these Carbs can cause weight gain.
To get some good carbs, eat whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables. They offer a lot of additional health benefits, such as sugar and insulin level, heart disease and cancer prevention.
