Last holy week, I spent at home with my wife. Reflecting the death of our savior Jesus Christ. A death he finally yelled out, My GOD, My GOD, why have you forsaken me. He save us from our sin without being asked even the result by crucifying him. His hunger to forgive us made him overlook all the dangers to him. Jesus Christ makes no qualification of forgiving us such as “ I will forgive you if you change, give up drinking, or apologize”. Even if other does not change, we are forgiven not seven times but seventy times seven. For everyone who in Christ there is a new creation the old creation has gone and the new one is there, by saving us from our sin. It was God’s work. It was GOD who reconciled us to him through Jesus Christ and gave us the work of handing on this reconciliation. We are like child who keeps asking his mother for things, but the love for his mother does only, what she knows is the best for her child. So we walk with Christ though moments of our future. We take time to celebrate with the lord, to enjoy him and thank him for the new creation.
