Perfection is probably the most stress-causing influence. It is the slave driver of our mind because no matter how perfectly you accomplished the task. Our mind will tell us you are far from perfect. We cannot change some things in life; we have to learn to live with our emotions and feelings. Do only one thing at time. Do not waste your life running from day to day trying to accomplish a number of tasks. Don’t try to be perfect and don’t demand perfections to others. Avoid UN necessary possession, and don’t let them ruin your life. Have goals in life and fulfill them one at the time. Learn from your failures and keep moving ahead never stand still. Always do things a little bigger and better. But most important relax and enjoy your life.
