Combine with calcium, helps form maintain bones and teeth. Assist to our body cell to absorb food and rid of waste.

COPPER

Vital transporting to our body like oxygen to every cell, insufficient iron on diet causes anemia. Copper and iron work together.

IODINE

Essentials to thyroid gland in making hormones which regulates the rate of food is burn in the body. this hormones is important to proper growth and developments.

IRON

Small amount of iron in our body cells is in the red blood cells help form hemoglobin’s, the red coloring matter of the red cell.

These are the five essentials minerals and their body functions.  Next time you plan to eat such as junk foods, think twice and ask your self  if  these food I like to eat are good to my body?  Nowadays, i saw many people on the street are obese. So, be responsible to your health and eat a balance diet.

Planning a vacation?  It’s summertime here in the Philippines. Before going for a trip, you should make a plan for you vacation. Look for summer spot that offers discounted fare. Check the place and if you are in the beach make sure they have a lifeguard for safety reason, not only yourself but also your family. Be wise in spending money now days. Make sure you bring sun block, especially when you plan on swimming. So much exposure to the sun can burn your skin, even when you are wearing sun glasses never look directly to the sun. Sunlight can be harmful too. Do not stay more often to the beach one hour to two hours can do. Around 10am to 3pm it is the hottest temperature of the sun. Watch out also the food you intake, so much eating in high calories food can cause obesity. Be responsible in your health, eat a balance diet and enjoy life.
