Busy life and stress? Try TAI CHI. Tai chi is used to reduce stress. Increase our flexibility and improve muscles strength, stamina, and increase feelings of well- being. In fact it’s described as meditation in motion as it promotes serenity through gentle movements connecting with our body and mind. Tai chi originally developed in China as a form of self-defense, now days, it is practiced regularly to reduce stress. Sometimes it’s called tai chi chuan, a self-paced system of physical exercise and stretching. Tai chi has more than 100 possible position and movements. Some forms of tai chi are gentle and suitable to everyone. Include rhythmic patterns of movements that are coordinate with breathing. Anyone can practice tai chi, it doesn’t take physical power it is perform of series of posture or movements in a slow graceful manner and generally safe. Each posture flows into the next without pausing and emphasizes technique over strength.

A Lot of us encounter problems on how we can control our weight. Some studies has shown that the stomach of an obese person empty out much faster than those thin people. The best source of fiber that passes through our digestive system is wheat bran or oat bran.

I define love and describe like a beauty, love is beyond all descriptions it cannot be crystallized into a concepts. There is an old saying that no descriptions of the taste of the salt can ever be substitute for actual experiences of taste. Love your neighbor as you love your self is deeply installed during our childhood in particular. Although the importance of love is not being questioned at all, it is nevertheless necessary to ask whether people can be forced to love. A soldier can be ordered to stand to attention but can he or indeed anyone be ordered to love? Love is a spontaneous flowering and outpouring of the heart that express itself in a thousand different ways. If our society, if were full of love then we are living in a world of no war and where people were really considerate, kind, generous, and compassionate. If man were deeply sensitive to nature and really cared for the conservations of the earth natural resources then would there ever no problem of our environment pollutions or crying need to save certain area our extinctions. Immature loves says, “ I love you because I need you “ mature says I need you because I love you.
