Planning on healthier diet

Nutritionists  say that the total amount of fat in the diet of the entire family must be reduced to avoid obesity. This can be done by choosing the less fatty foods intake or trimming off the fat before cooking it. Like boiling it fist before deep-frying this could be help to get rid some fats or oil.  I really don’t like oily foods. I also restrict myself from sugar  intake and encourage my family to eat natural foods instead. Some young men often to start gaining weight during the fist year in marriage because their bride feed them fatty foods.  You know what I gained weight in the first months of my marriage. Whenever I get home from work, my wife feeds me with delicious dinner. But I am avoiding fatty foods and am going back to exercise. I am planning on healthier diet. And plus, it is better for my wife to learn or suggest preparing low –calories foods to prevent some problems in the future. I always tell my wife to prepare a low –calorie food to prevent any complication.
