Do you like grilling? I love grilling vegetables and meat. Grilling is the most common method of cooking used all over the world. The art of grilling carries a cross-cultural heritage filled with robust flavors. There are techniques and principles that one should follow to bring out the best flavors of food through grilling. For meat, it is best to cut them into thin strip to hasten the cooking process. Use naturally tender cuts for grilling. Burgers and sausages are great to grill. Lower the intensity or temperature of the charcoal when doing items such as chicken. Which is need to be cooked thoroughly. To make sure the food are cook properly spread the charcoal more thinly or lift the grill to a higher positions. Bones are deterrents to heat. Boneless item cooks faster.
