First time parent

Posted by admin on 31st July 2009

It’s hard yet fun to be a first time parent.  Hard, because you work everyday for your family and give them the best as you can.  But happy for they are my inspiration.  Like for now, I had my little baby boy and he’s so beautiful that I want to be with him all the time.  All my hard, stressful work will be paid off when I get home and see my baby smiling and he wants me to get him and take him a little walk around the house.  He’s two months old, very attentive and can’t wait to hear him he’s first word.  I’m so proud and blessed to have a baby like my son.

money thoughts

Posted by admin on 29th July 2009

If  somewhere in our brain we think that money is evil, that is unspiritual. I learn from the Bible it does not mean money is evil. The love of money is. Money is neutral thing can be used such as love or hate, to build or destroy depend how we use to it. Money isn’t everything and people are totally mistaken about, if they think that money will solve your problem and make you happy that is materialistic and it’s apply that you love money than other things. In reality we need money a certain amount in order to live and buy the things we need. In term of money purify your thoughts all around us is opportunity to earn money you need to train ourselves to think that money isn’t evil thing. Communicating other person makes of money. All individual need to earn money to survived and make worth add.

How Sugar Damages Your Health

Posted by admin on 28th July 2009

I’m a sweet tooth person.   I usually eat and drink anything but sweet.  Sometimes I put more sugar in my hot milk, choco or coffee during my breakfast.  I’ve learned that too much sugar or excessive consumption of sugar is not good for our health. And here’s some reasons why:

*Sugar can cause gallstones, appendicitis, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, and gastrointestinal problems.

*Sugar can raise blood pressure, increase triglycerides and bad cholesterol while decreasing good cholesterol, and its known to cause atherosclerosis and heart diseases.

*Sugar can reduce learning capacity and even cause learning disorders.

Too much consumption of processed carbohydrates can have an even faster and greater impact on blood sugar levels than refined sugar.  And we also be careful with fruit juice too because the metabolic effects of too much fruit juice are not much different than that of excess sugar and corn syrup.

Doing my best

Posted by admin on 22nd July 2009

When I was still looking for a job, the company were I applied dismiss me by saying I was over qualified, for what? It was the saddest thing that happened to me. But I never give up so easily, I apply again to another company fortunately they hired me, time goes by the job isn’t doing well and the pay was frustrating.

I had no choice, I could either resign or look for better paying job, or I stay and work like crazy. It was a tough decision I made I realized the truth, without any experience it’s difficult to find a white-collar job. After a long run of finding a job, I was hired one of the industrial company under the management of Japanese here in the Philippines. The product making a 58, 500 metric tons  (BC) bulk carrier  ship and a huge car ship, in my present job I fell contented and satisfied. It’s been 5 years now since they hired me. There is no job unworthy of being done well, GOD never put any one in a place so small that there isn’t grow, whether you may be doing working in a office, cleaning floors, washing dishes, working on the assembly lines-give it your best shot. Perform well to the best of your abilities. In the end you’ll find the personal growth and you’ll be a happier person in the process.

The bible also talks something “ for whatsoever a man sow, that he shall reap”. I simply reap the rewards of a job well done.
