Are you overweight? Many people are discouraged that they can’t do anything about their weight. They think it is hereditary and part of their genes. Scientifically, it’s true but there’s a way to beat that family history by just getting 3-4 hours of simple and fair activity a day. Questioning? How? You can do it by doing some activities for a few hours every day might help you lose your weight and eliminate excess fats. You can take a brisk walk for an hour or so instead of watching TV. Don’t be a couch potato. Don’t park your car really close to the store but take advantage of walking. Use stairs instead of elevators, walk instead of driving as much as possible, and do some fun activities such as playing in the park, swimming and many others. Be active and live life to the fullest!
