Basic tips on proper relaxation.
1. Relax physically – this done by stretching out in bed in a comfortable way or chair. Concentrate on relaxing each part of your body such as your face, your neck, and your shoulder and so on down until you are as lose ashes.
2. Relax your mind – you can recall your happy moments in your life such as vacation, your honeymoons, a play, a book, and any thing that brings your mind’s pleasant scene.
3. Relax your soul – renewing your faith in the lord. You get right with GOD. Surrender your worries, fears with him. He can handle them much better than we. Do this in prayer, give your full trust, faith, and everything to him. Verse from the bible quoted ‘BE STILL, AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD’. (Psalm 46:10)

Most children won’t outgrow disorder, but with early treatment this can be managed so that it doesn’t interfere with a person adult life. How much Fat’s are you eating? This question is commonly asked if they saw you gain so much weight. Overeating in high fat’s food has always been associated with heart attacks, diabetes, kidney disease and a cause premature aging. It’s shocking to know that 50 % of people in large industrial countries many died of heart diseases. We all know that heart diseases commonly caused by fat deposit in our body especially in arteries. It’s proven that if lesser consumption of fats will also help to prevent men from prostrate cancer. It’s better to reduce of fats food intake by eating lean meat such as chicken or beer, avoid pork altogether. Most of all drink plenty of water; eat plenty of veggies and fruits. This are reach of vitamins and mineral to keep us healthy. If we had a healthy body and full of vitamins and minerals we can stand any disease or the H1N1 virus. Our health is the highest value and also love and willingness to watch every food intakes. We should take good care of our body and keep them always into a shaped so that we can live long.

Microsoft just issued a critical security warning or a security patch through its automatic update system to patch users computers. Nowadays, your computer can get infected in two ways.
1.Visit a malicious web site that already has the malware installed on the site.
2.Visit a legitimate site, wherein the attacker has inserted the malicious script to run in the background. It leaves visitors unaware their systems have been compromised. That’s why I am really meticulous in visiting sites. I know, we can’t really avoid virus. We just have to be careful. Oh boy, it is not easy to wipe out malware and reformat computer. It takes hours to do this.
Actually, I set up my Windows updates daily. To manually download available updates, go to Microsoft Update or in Windows Vista go to your control panel. After your computer has been scanned to see which updates it needs, click the Custom button to find and choose the update you want to install. Install all High-Priority Security and Critical updates immediately. But usually updates conveyed routinely to your PC. When your computer is on and connected to the Internet, the most current security updates are automatically downloaded and installed. If you haven’t updated your windows yet, update it now.

I always make sure that I keep my pc safe online. I don’t browse some sites that I don’t know or familiar with. We all know that hackers are rampant nowadays. To keep my pc safe online, I usually update my Windows Security a least once or twice a month to get the latest updates from Microsoft. I get automatic updates from Microsoft. Windows Security blocks access to your PC from any intruders. But I would say that Virus protection also protects computers from any intruders or malicious attacks. I am pretty satisfied with Avast! antivirus and spybot search and destroy. Moreover, I browse more safely by using Firefox, which blocks pop up ads. I might want to try Chrome browser. I heard it is a browser.

1. Diet should be light and must include plenty of water and
2. Try to have a rest as much possible. Adequate rest builds up resistance and hasten.
3. Keep dry and avoid exposure to drafts.
4. Discomfort as difficulty in breathing, sore throat usually accompanying a cold may be relieved by steam inhalation.
5. Common cold is one ailment that can result in respiratory complications. It may brought by sudden changes of temperature, exposure to cold, fatigue, poor resistant and lack of exercise.

Foods rich in fat whether butter, cream, margarine and olive oil are packs of calories. Unlike protein in foods such as chicken, bread, pasta it contain higher in calories. Study shown that our body’s deal with different types of fats that may affect our weight. Were more able to turn saturated fats (in animal products like butter and sausages) into our body fat, than the fatty foods rich in monounsaturated fat like olive oil. The study show that people eating diets rich in monounsaturated fats lost small but significant amounts of weight, compared to those eating a diet rich in saturated fats, even when their calories intake remained the same.
