Miss Venezuela an 18-year-old win the Miss Universe 2009. This is the second year straight winning of Miss Universe from Venezuela, Stefania Fernandez. Fernandez said there was time for outgoing Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza whisper in her ear that she must have worked hard for Venezuela to win consecutive crowns.
