The Mima’s Kobi, is a stroller that has been designed and able us to bring our child anywhere we go with out any hassles. It is easy to convert from seat to carry cot. It has a seat unit and simple to operate as a suitcase. Simply zip it open and inside you will find a frame with the carrycot attached. The carrycot pops out, and you can position the baby comfortably. Once he/she is ready for a seat, you simply put the carrycot back into the seat. With the stunningly stylish, it’s made of a state-of- the-art technology; by Kho a Dutch designer who is now based in Spain. I was alarmed, the health of my nephews lately. I observed they spent too much watching television at the young age rather than playing. Television is good if we spent two to three hours but spending too much time of watching is not a good idea. I had read an article about so much exposure with the television, it say who spend too much time in watching television are at a high risk for depression when they get older. Studies made by American researcher indicate that children who spend more time outside than indoor to watch TV. Is less like to develop myopia? The study involved children in the United State whose average age of 13 years old. According to the study children who develop myopia spent an average of 8 hours a week outdoors compared to the 12 hours a week for those who didn’t develop myopia. The study revealed that children who had myopia spent an average of 12 hour a week watching television. From the optometry in the US, said that children who spend more time outdoors get more chances to view distant objects, which can provide “stop signal to block myopia progression.

Last Sunday, I attend mass the message delivered by the priest on he’s homily stuck me. He said we should value life while we still to do so, and take care of it.
If we want to live longer in our life to the fullest we must do something or find ways how we can strengthen it. In my physical point of view the only way to strengthen our body is to develop our muscles so we can maintain strength and watch our diet. Muscles that are strong can let you move freely and carry your body without difficulty. Some studies shown that moderately depressed people shown that moderately depressed people improve their mental out look when they participate in walking, jogging, and weight training programs. If you are on medication that doesn’t mean you should toss it out and go jogging instead, but you may to considered exercise as another therapy to help minimize feeling blue. Exercise can improves our mood, people are engaged in exercise they say they are more energized and content. If they have anxiety, anger, or stress exercise often can bring them some released or some feeling of peacefulness. We don’t have to run 10 kilometers a day or unload a ton of barbell to get this psychological high. It comes with moderate levels of activity. Just a brisk walk for 30 minutes to strengthen our hearts and 20 minutes of strength training are usually enough. Life is short, but don’t make it shorter.
