Life is too short

Last Sunday, I attend mass the message delivered by the priest on he’s homily stuck me. He said we should value life while we still to do so, and take care of it.

If we want to live longer in our life to the fullest we must do something or find ways how we can strengthen it. In my physical point of view the only way to strengthen our body is to develop our muscles so we can maintain strength and watch our diet. Muscles that are strong can let you move freely and carry your body without difficulty. Some studies shown that moderately depressed people shown that moderately depressed people improve their mental out look when they participate in walking, jogging, and weight training programs. If you are on medication that doesn’t mean you should toss it out and go jogging instead, but you may to considered exercise as another therapy to help minimize feeling blue. Exercise can improves our mood, people are engaged in exercise they say they are more energized and content. If they have anxiety, anger, or stress exercise often can bring them some released or some feeling of peacefulness. We don’t have to run 10 kilometers a day or unload a ton of barbell to get this psychological high. It comes with moderate levels of activity. Just a brisk walk for 30 minutes to strengthen our hearts and 20 minutes of strength training are usually enough. Life is short, but don’t make it shorter.
