Summertime…

On the other hand, if you like to be look cool and fresh this summertime, instead of complaining about the heat its better make your home turn into comfortable and fresh everywhere. By starting opening your front door in the morning time, you can allow a strong current of air to come into your living room. You can also save electricity by that but you have to contend with two problems- how to protect you from privacy from the passerby and how to prevent people and stray pest from entering your house. The solution is to put up a second door that will allow the air and some lights to come through. Such as door have grills or latticework at the center or the entire door can be converted with fine wire mesh nailed or a framework to keep files and mosquito out. Such way passerby will not be able to see the inside of your living room. And serve suitable foods, by foods that are not fatty or greasy, hot or highly spiced, like the pork adobo and barbecues. Serve more often such as dishes as silage and paksiw. Nourishing foods are more palatable when temperature is soaring also serve fruits and vegetable that are in season. Reduced the amount of housework’s by reducing the items to be dusted or cleaned. When appetites lag, try serving a thin hot soup to start a meal, especially lunch. The best example of this kind of soup is the hala-an, or small shrimps with malunggay leaves or sili leaves.
