Hair conditioning

Hair can define your image and style but it is also a mirror of your health. Emotional or physical can soon result in lack of bounce or shine hair. Keeping your hair in peak condition is a combination of caring for it on the surface and nurturing it from inside with a well-balance diet. Dry hair is rough to tough, thick in texture and dries out at the first sign of heated roller or tongs. Avoid chemical colorants and perms and opt for shampoo and conditioners with jojoba and almonds oil. Hot oil treatments allow essential oil to soak in easily and condition the hair. After massage warm oil into the scalp, wrap your head in a warm towel and leave on for an hour. The other hair problem is dandruff, there are two types dry and the more common oily. It’s not catching! It can be caused by many factors such as chemical body changes, stress, and poor eating habits or wrong application of hair products. Both flakes and dry scalp can be treated with essentials oils. Use special dandruff shampoos and conditioner. Treat the scalp by gently massaging with oils to suit. Use a base oil formula with patchouli and tea tree. For dry itchy scalp try cedar wood and lavender.
