Scalp Massage

Scalp massage is wonderful way to condition our hair; its help to stimulates the scalp and relieve tension. Here are some simple tips and steps to make your hair more stunning. Persuade a dried to help you especially you got a long hair.


1.First you do is to shampoo your hair and towel dry it up to absorbed excess water. Comb through with a wide-tooth comb. Tilt your head back and pour some oil on the hairline, massaging in with thumbs on the temple and fingers spread apart over the center of the hand.
2. Loosely run your finger and oil over the top of the scalp from front to back, lifting hair at the crown. Keep dipping your fingertips in the treatment oil to spread through the hair while massaging.
3. Massage the head with kneading movements. Grip and push (with finger pads, rather than fingernails) against the scalp should gently rotate against the skull. Concentrate on one area at a time, with the hands positioned on either side of the scalp.
4. Scalp massage works from front to back from the forehead, frontal hairline, temples and side, over the crown of the head to the base of the neck, following the natural flow of the blood. If the scalp feels particularly tight then concentrate on the area where the scalp doesn’t want to move. At the base of the skull, press firmly and push the whole scalp up towards the crown to release tension.
5. Pull any extra oil through the hair, working out from the roots to the tips. Make sure all the hair is well oiled and then leave towel-wrapped for at least 15 minutes before shampooing.
