How to believe in yourself

Posted by admin on 23rd February 2010

Tips on how to believe in yourself, first it to stop the habit of complaint. That’s a side of unhappiness. Stop complaining: see that you are better than you think you are.

You must stop thinking about your liabilities. You are only human; everyone has liabilities. Think of your compassion, your courage, you will to succeed.

You must stop distrusting yourself. If you don’t believe yourself, why anyone else believe in you.

You must stop ridiculing your own weakness. You are not perfect it is true but if we were perfect anyway, chances are nobody would like to know you. You’d make other people feel inferior. You must keep battling those negative forces inside in you. You must keep fighting for breathing space. Don’t let the forces of unhappiness trap you. You’re a free man-a free woman! Don’t give up your freedom. God gave you life on this earth not to be unhappy. God gave you life so you could fulfill your purpose, so that you could affirm your individuality, so that you could assert your identity. Not so you could fall into the quicksand of unhappiness, living centuries of frustration, endless days of misery. God made us with purpose.

Change to do things

Posted by admin on 25th January 2010

Life is good. Life is wonderful. We have still ups and down. That’s reality. Life is interesting, always be new and always fun. This year, we decide to step out forward and make some changes to achieved what we have plan with my wife. Last year they’re so much challenge of my life; two of my relatives pass away. We have to decide and finally confront our fears because they crippled us. Rejection, disappointment of failure we have experienced at one time of another. But all of this, I pray that may God be there and guide us to be a strong always to face trials that may come to us. I appreciated that my wife is always there beside me all along, who have a strong faith. In life, I learn many things like dealing with the things as they happened and control the situation better. In other aspects I don’t allow other people influence me, I stand for what is right and wrong. Hopefully this year we will achieve our plans in life together with my wife. Deception, disillusionment and dealing with any kind of stimulants may be tempting but will not solve any problems you face. We must always stay true to our self and honest with others. We can turn this rather confusing day into a creative turning point in our life. Stay in focus and have faith always in GOD.

No TV, Be Happy

Posted by admin on 7th October 2009

I was alarmed,  the health of my nephews lately. I observed they spent too much watching television at the young age rather than playing. Television is good if we spent two to three hours but spending too much time of watching is not a good idea. I had read an article about so much exposure with the television, it say who spend too much time in watching television are at a high risk for depression when they get older. Studies made by American researcher indicate that children who spend more time outside than indoor to watch TV. Is less like to develop myopia? The study involved children in the United State whose average age of 13 years old. According to the study children who develop myopia spent an average of 8 hours a week outdoors compared to the 12 hours a week for those who didn’t develop myopia. The study revealed that children who had myopia spent an average of 12 hour a week watching television. From the optometry in the US, said that children who spend more time outdoors get more chances to view distant objects, which can provide “stop signal to block myopia progression.
