Basically diabetic patient should watch out there diet. It should measure to provide the number of exchanges or serving based on the individual’s caloric requirements. Serving sizes are not the only we look unto, also the amount and kinds of foods for the person who have diabetic. Concentrated sweets and simple carbohydrates are among avoided. For the diabetic person diet we give them high in fiber and low in fat.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Some tips:</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #0000ff;">-	Consult licensed nutritionist-dietitian&#8217;s for specific nutrient needs.<br />
-	Ask for a calculated diet plan.<br />
-	Do not eat too much or too little.<br />
-	Avoid sugar and high-sugar containing foods items such as candies, sweet, soft drinks, rich dessert, chocolates, sweetened juices, creams and cakes.<br />
-	Eat regularly<br />
-	Increase your fiber intake by including a generous amount of leafy vegetables daily in your diet.<br />
-	Use legumes and whole grains more than processed meat alternatives. They will help increase dietary fiber and contain no cholesterol.<br />
-	Eat heavy breakfast, moderate lunch and light supper.<br />
-	Avoid coffee, tea, alcohol beverages including wine and liquors.<br />
-	Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day between meals.<br />
-	Drink a cup of low fat milk.<br />
-	Limits fruits to 3 exchanges per day. The fresh the better. Processing and refining make natural sugar in fruits more readily absorb-able, which may lead to rapid rise in blood sugar.<br />
-	Monitor and record your weight and blood sugar.<br />
-	Follow and be comfortable with your diet plan. Your diet may have to be guided by a plan for the rest of your life.<br />
-	Give good attention to your diet, attitude, medication, and physical activity (exercise) control of blood sugar is better when these things are well balanced.</span></p>

Obesity is a condition in which body weight is more than 20% above the desirable body weight, marked by excess body fats often resulting in a significant impairment of health. In this problem there are probable causes like, faulty eating habits such as bedtime snacking, over eating, inactivity (decreased energy expenditure), endocrines disorder and drug action effect.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Probable Symptoms</span> :</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">-	<em>Overweight</em>. Overweight is 10 % above the desire body weight. Body fats percentage is more than 15% for men and more than 25% for women.<br />
-<em> Obesity</em>. Weight is 20% above desirable body weight. Body fat percentage is above 20% for men and above 30 % for women.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Helpful Dietary Management</strong></span> :<br />
-	Manage overweight and obesity using the physical activity, exercise and behavior modification.<br />
-	Modify diet if the cause of obesity is a faulty diet. Only a small percentage of all obesity cases are non- dietary in nature.<br />
-	Have a diet low in calories, low fat and high in complex carbohydrates if reducing weight.<br />
-	Take daily food allowances in a 3 regular meals with breakfast as the heaviest and supper the lightest.<br />
-	Omit supper but not breakfast if ever skipping a meal is desired allow a 5-hour interval between meals, and not less than 3 hours from the last meal bedtime.<br />
-	Never snacks just before bedtime. It is major offense.<br />
-	Drink from 6 to 8 glasses of pure water everyday. Drink in between meals.<br />
-	Lose weight gradually but consistently until you reach a desirable weight. A person should only lose weight but not get sick. Remember you did not grow that big overnight. Up to 2 pounds per week weight loss is desirable.</p>

The first thing we should look ACT at OUT AGE, I mean the amount of food, exercise and sleep. When we are at age of teen our body begins to burn food more slowly. When we are at age of 40 we need about 1,000 calories fewer daily.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Therefore if we shove down extra portions in later “Life to stay healthy” we will be straining our digestive system with food that we don’t need. Do some moderate exercise daily is vital at all ages. People who are active on their job and those who regularly exercise are far from any heart ailments. The more we should indulge in vigorous physical activity or having more walks than rides in the city or more strolls it help us to cultivate our body in to the top condition. We must also keep our weight fairly normal because being overweight or obese person is so many burdens with extra bagged in form of body fat. An over weight person heart and other organs are strained, and thus his energy is sapped. His chance of survival if illness strikes is lowered and also his life expectancy is lessened. The common conceptions about overweight is rarely comes from hormonal imbalance but most cases it comes from over eating, one of the main reason. We like to be in top condition we should start by moderate taking of the lean cut meats or excess fats from meat before cooking or before serving. Eat shellfish and organs meat in moderate because they are much higher in dietary cholesterol than red meats. Consume more on poultry products and fish. Try to use coking methods that do not consistently add unnecessary fat of the daily diet. Broil or boil instead of fry foods. Weight yourself once a week and expend more calories in physical activity, especially aerobics, exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling and swimming. Cut down on calories but don’t cut them out, just minimize your intake of those foods have generous calories like sweet, baked goods and fatty meats. And have a positive outlook in your life.</p>

Some types are told that they need to eat a balance between protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Some blood types are told that they should not eat lean meats, or only vegetables, or can&#8217;t eat certain vegetables, etc. Without knowing the individual and their fitness goals, how can anyone determine these requirements? One of the most popular cookies on the United State is the chocolate chip cookie. Most people don’t realize that it is a relatively modern cookie. Cookie is accidentally made by semisweet chocolate bars and mixed up with the dough, the chocolate mixed together with the dough resulting in all chocolate cookie. But the chocolate didn’t mixed with the dough and turn the baked cookies full of broken chocolates pieces. Thanks to Ruth Wakefield who accidentally made the cookies and she named her new creation “Toll House Cookies”.</p>

<p>The actual proportions of the ingredients is depend on the person making the drink. For instance, a cappuccino is usually a shot of milk and 50 percent frothed milk. However, it is sometimes made with equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and frothed milk. Sometimes caffe latte is topped with frothed milk. Sometimes caffe latte is topped with frothed milk.</p>

<p>1. Sandwiches are the most common snacks we eat. They are nutrients and easy to prepare. There are different fillings that we used in sandwiches such as eggs, cheese, ham, hot dog, chicken and burger.<br />
2. Vegetable like tomatoes, cucumber, or cabbage and lettuce are used to enhance the appearances of the sandwiches and to make it more nutrients since vegetable are rich in minerals and vitamins.<br />
3. Baked products and noodles are other examples of snacks. Noodles, spaghetti, and macaroni are rich in protein and carbohydrates. For baked products there are several foods item like bread, assorted cakes, biscuits, pies, tarts, and pancakes.<br />
4. Milk and fruit juices are foods that are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.</p>
<p>We must remember snacks are good but, we must watch out the foods we eat specially those foods do not contain nutrients that needed our body.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">No matter how the size of our meal, the ratio of protein and fat should be observed the right size to be taken. Once we mastered the ratio, we had also to know what are the proper kinds of foods to eat. As far as the protein is concerned, the right size serving should fit in the palm of your hand and at the same thickness. With carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits that are high in fiber. Rice, bread and many other carbohydrates should only be eaten in small portions because they release too much glucose. Don’t forget we should eat a meal or snack within an hour of waking up. Then eat every four to six hours after a meal and every two and a half hours after a snack. Its better to drink eight -ounce glasses of water throughout the day and supplement our meals with a dose of Omega-3 concentrate. Never forget to include some exercise program it can help to reduce the excessive fats. Thirty minutes a day, six days a week is what you should aim for. If you follow these simple guidelines, we lose weight in a surprisingly short amount of time. But never into a crush diet it could bring someday a health problems. One thing for sure does it gradually.</p>
