It is also the body’s thermostat regulating the body temperature, through the sweat glands. How to take care of our skin? It’s includes bathing at least once a day with soap and water.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Try to clean your face at least twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed. If we don’t wash our face the dust and dirt will block the pores and create pimples and blackheads. Pimples are due to the blockage and infection of the skin. To get rid those pimples make sure wash your face with a cleanser with antibacterial properties. There also many pimples creams and gels which you can apply to dry up your pimples. The other thing you should do, moisturize it at least twice your face before going to bed. A lot of people complain that they have dry and rough skin. This can be due to variety of reason. Strong soap, not drinking enough of water and an air conditioned environment. Using very hot water can cause also skin dryness, to prevent this you should use lukewarm water and avoid strong soap. To have soft fresh skin first removes the outer layer of dead skin cells by rubbing a wash cloth in a circular motion on your skin gently. This is called exfoliation. Eat a balance diet that are rich in fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water. Cut down your tea, coffee, alcohol, which cause water loss through an increase in urination? Having enough sleep is very important for the skin. It is during our sleep that our skin regenerates itself.</p>

Our general wellness may be greatly influenced by the food we eat and by the things we do. Choosing the right food and proper physical activity contributes much in providing us with the best defense against ill health. All in, fitness and healthy living are concerns that have become the basic vision of good health. Another aspect of our health is to have a great concern in the presence of infectious diseases.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We do not know once we do not take action against these diseases our body becomes weaker and our state of health deteriorates. We should understand the different infectious conditions that may afflict on the human body. To understand them we should learn how to detect them visually and what we should be done when we have them. We can safely say that being healthy is just MATTER OF CHOICE. Being fit relates to every aspects of our health, physical, emotional and mental. Physical strength, endurance and good nutrition are everybody needs. Balance the food we eat with physical activity-maintain or improve our weight. Choose a diet with plenty of grain products, vegetable, and fruits. Choose diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. Choose diet moderate in salt and sodium. Choose a diet moderate in sugar. If you are alcohol drinker do so in moderation. In a healthy eating plan you can enjoy all your favorite foods. Just keep the principle of variety, balance and moderation in mind.</p>

Reflexology can be an effective way to relieving the pain and helping to restore the body naturals balance and well-being. The feet provide an image of the body with the head represented by the big toe, the inner arches as the spine, and the heel defining the pelvic area. The right foot correspond to the right hand side of the body and the left foot to the left, and the internal organs are then located in relations to skeleton.</p>

<p>1.  Eat more vegetables and fruits every day.</p>
<p>2.  Eat enough portion every meal</p>
<p>3.  No, no, don’t skip meal. Never do that. Especially, breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. It keeps you going throughout the day.</p>
<p>4.  Avoid too much sugar like soda</p>
<p>5. Avoid eating junk foods</p>

However the problem with swimming is that it doesn’t allow our body to heat up, which is one of the benefits of other aerobic exercise. He shares also the other factor exercise of swimming, when it combined the cooling effect of the water, it can increases our appetite. On a scale of one to ten, this workout it scores a five in an aerobics training rating and a seven for convenience. But, if the exercise of swimming can increase on our appetite, it&#8217;s up to us to control our diet to stay healthy.</strong></p>

But the more intriguing is that this negative link disappear almost entirely if the mother forges a secure connection with her baby. The professor said there is some future studies are needed to confirm the findings.</p>

Obesity is a condition in which body weight is more than 20% above the desirable body weight, marked by excess body fats often resulting in a significant impairment of health. In this problem there are probable causes like, faulty eating habits such as bedtime snacking, over eating, inactivity (decreased energy expenditure), endocrines disorder and drug action effect.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Probable Symptoms</span> :</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">-	<em>Overweight</em>. Overweight is 10 % above the desire body weight. Body fats percentage is more than 15% for men and more than 25% for women.<br />
-<em> Obesity</em>. Weight is 20% above desirable body weight. Body fat percentage is above 20% for men and above 30 % for women.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Helpful Dietary Management</strong></span> :<br />
-	Manage overweight and obesity using the physical activity, exercise and behavior modification.<br />
-	Modify diet if the cause of obesity is a faulty diet. Only a small percentage of all obesity cases are non- dietary in nature.<br />
-	Have a diet low in calories, low fat and high in complex carbohydrates if reducing weight.<br />
-	Take daily food allowances in a 3 regular meals with breakfast as the heaviest and supper the lightest.<br />
-	Omit supper but not breakfast if ever skipping a meal is desired allow a 5-hour interval between meals, and not less than 3 hours from the last meal bedtime.<br />
-	Never snacks just before bedtime. It is major offense.<br />
-	Drink from 6 to 8 glasses of pure water everyday. Drink in between meals.<br />
-	Lose weight gradually but consistently until you reach a desirable weight. A person should only lose weight but not get sick. Remember you did not grow that big overnight. Up to 2 pounds per week weight loss is desirable.</p>

<p><em>1.	Squeeze your hand firmly, spreading the palm laterally. Cover the whole of the hand, fingers and wrist.<br />
2.	Using circular pressure, squeeze each fingers joint between your finger and thumb. Then hold the base of each finger and pull the finger gently to stretch it, sliding your grip up to the finger in a continuous movement.<br />
3.	With circular thumb pressure, work up each of the furrows between the bones in the hand, from the knuckle to the wrist. When you have covered each furrow, smooth the hand by stroking.<br />
4.	Turn the hand over to work on the palm. Cover the area with the circular thumb pressure, paying particular attention to the heel of the hand and the waist. Follow this with some deeper, static pressure all over the palm.<br />
5.	Finish by stroking the palm of one hand with the other. This can be quite a firm stroke, working from the tips of the finger to the wrist, leading wit the pressure from the heel of the hand. Stroke back to the fingers and repeat twice, each time using slightly less pressure. Finally, stroke the inside of the wrist. </em></p>
