I was alarmed, the health of my nephews lately. I observed they spent too much watching television at the young age rather than playing. Television is good if we spent two to three hours but spending too much time of watching is not a good idea. I had read an article about so much exposure with the television, it say who spend too much time in watching television are at a high risk for depression when they get older. Studies made by American researcher indicate that children who spend more time outside than indoor to watch TV. Is less like to develop myopia? The study involved children in the United State whose average age of 13 years old. According to the study children who develop myopia spent an average of 8 hours a week outdoors compared to the 12 hours a week for those who didn’t develop myopia. The study revealed that children who had myopia spent an average of 12 hour a week watching television. From the optometry in the US, said that children who spend more time outdoors get more chances to view distant objects, which can provide “stop signal to block myopia progression.

Last Sunday, I attend mass the message delivered by the priest on he’s homily stuck me. He said we should value life while we still to do so, and take care of it.
If we want to live longer in our life to the fullest we must do something or find ways how we can strengthen it. In my physical point of view the only way to strengthen our body is to develop our muscles so we can maintain strength and watch our diet. Muscles that are strong can let you move freely and carry your body without difficulty. Some studies shown that moderately depressed people shown that moderately depressed people improve their mental out look when they participate in walking, jogging, and weight training programs. If you are on medication that doesn’t mean you should toss it out and go jogging instead, but you may to considered exercise as another therapy to help minimize feeling blue. Exercise can improves our mood, people are engaged in exercise they say they are more energized and content. If they have anxiety, anger, or stress exercise often can bring them some released or some feeling of peacefulness. We don’t have to run 10 kilometers a day or unload a ton of barbell to get this psychological high. It comes with moderate levels of activity. Just a brisk walk for 30 minutes to strengthen our hearts and 20 minutes of strength training are usually enough. Life is short, but don’t make it shorter.

The idea of eating the right foods in the right ratio will help us our body become better health and better concentration. The right ratio of our foods in take is more important than the number of calories we consumed.
No matter how the size of our meal, the ratio of protein and fat should be observed the right size to be taken. Once we mastered the ratio, we had also to know what are the proper kinds of foods to eat. As far as the protein is concerned, the right size serving should fit in the palm of your hand and at the same thickness. With carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits that are high in fiber. Rice, bread and many other carbohydrates should only be eaten in small portions because they release too much glucose. Don’t forget we should eat a meal or snack within an hour of waking up. Then eat every four to six hours after a meal and every two and a half hours after a snack. Its better to drink eight -ounce glasses of water throughout the day and supplement our meals with a dose of Omega-3 concentrate. Never forget to include some exercise program it can help to reduce the excessive fats. Thirty minutes a day, six days a week is what you should aim for. If you follow these simple guidelines, we lose weight in a surprisingly short amount of time. But never into a crush diet it could bring someday a health problems. One thing for sure does it gradually.

Like many other, proper nutrition should be taught to children. At this stage, children develop lifelong eating habits that contribute to their overall well being. Calorie requirements of children go up as they grow. Boys need higher levels of these than girls do, however consider other factors, like your child physical activity, size, and body composition to determined how much food he or she needs.
Prepare a nutritious food for them; ones packed lunch should supply at least 1/3 of child daily needs.
Teach your child to drink six to eight glassess of water a day. This is a good habit that can be useful throughout the rest of ones life
Encourage an ell balance diet by offering a wide array of food from each food group.
High calories desert, snacks, such us chips, regular soft drinks or ice-cream, should only given as treat and not eaten on a regular basis.
