Living in a high-rise doesn’t necessarily mean giving up your favorite-drilled meals. How ever there are two types of indoor grill the open grill and folding grill. The open grill is use a built in heating element in the place of charcoals. This type of grill still involves the flipping frenzy one usually does for out door grills. The flavor is also closest to the real thing. The second type is called the folding grill. It can cook both sides at the same side. These require less attention on the part of the griller. Indoors grill, require extra focus on the part of the grille’r. You don’t want the dripping elements from your cold cuts to get into your kitchen and catch fire. Stainless grill aren’t necessary the best grill. Stainless grill sometimes change color after a week of use. Cleaning it the stainless grill with polish every now and then. If you still after the real thing, make sure its material is high quality. For instant bring a magnet with you if you out for shopping for grill. If it doesn’t stick you have a high grade stainless.

Last February 13, it was the Chinese new year, according some Chinese expert of astrology the Chinese New year had 12 animals in astrology and have corresponding named after them. This year, is the “Year of the tiger” and the cycles of this will repeat in every 12 years. Firecrackers are common we saw at time of Chinese New Year, associated with stemming from an ancient Chinese legend. These legends tell us the story of foul –smelling giant who lived in the western side of a village. If someone made the giant angry, he would inflict malaria on them. One of the villagers suggested that they might scare the giant, if they created a great deal of noise. So the people of the village made a huge pill of bamboo stem and set them on fire. As the stems burned they explode and frighten the giant badly, he run away and never returned again. So next time you see a fire crackers on Chinese New year, you can assure that no foul smelling giant nearby.

Snacks become a part of the day’s meal. It supplements the food eaten between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and supper. Our snacks should be nutritious and easy to prepare. There are lots of snack meals to choose from. They are cheap, yet nutritious snacks provide ¼ of the total calories needed by the body. In urban areas, midnight’s snacks are also served while watching TV.
1. Sandwiches are the most common snacks we eat. They are nutrients and easy to prepare. There are different fillings that we used in sandwiches such as eggs, cheese, ham, hot dog, chicken and burger.
2. Vegetable like tomatoes, cucumber, or cabbage and lettuce are used to enhance the appearances of the sandwiches and to make it more nutrients since vegetable are rich in minerals and vitamins.
3. Baked products and noodles are other examples of snacks. Noodles, spaghetti, and macaroni are rich in protein and carbohydrates. For baked products there are several foods item like bread, assorted cakes, biscuits, pies, tarts, and pancakes.
4. Milk and fruit juices are foods that are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.
We must remember snacks are good but, we must watch out the foods we eat specially those foods do not contain nutrients that needed our body.

6. For a shiny steel sink, make stainless steel sink clean with a little rubbing alcohol and remove spot and remove spots with the white vinegar. For a truly sparkling stainless steel sink, buff with a little baby oil. Remove rust spot (like those from rusted steel wool and pads) with lighter fluid.
7. Stain pan and ovens. Remove stains form stove drips on pans by using laundry detergent. Use little amount toothpaste to remove black scruff marks from appliances. Rub water rings on your table with petroleum jelly.

The idea of eating the right foods in the right ratio will help us our body become better health and better concentration. The right ratio of our foods in take is more important than the number of calories we consumed.
No matter how the size of our meal, the ratio of protein and fat should be observed the right size to be taken. Once we mastered the ratio, we had also to know what are the proper kinds of foods to eat. As far as the protein is concerned, the right size serving should fit in the palm of your hand and at the same thickness. With carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits that are high in fiber. Rice, bread and many other carbohydrates should only be eaten in small portions because they release too much glucose. Don’t forget we should eat a meal or snack within an hour of waking up. Then eat every four to six hours after a meal and every two and a half hours after a snack. Its better to drink eight -ounce glasses of water throughout the day and supplement our meals with a dose of Omega-3 concentrate. Never forget to include some exercise program it can help to reduce the excessive fats. Thirty minutes a day, six days a week is what you should aim for. If you follow these simple guidelines, we lose weight in a surprisingly short amount of time. But never into a crush diet it could bring someday a health problems. One thing for sure does it gradually.

Our body is like an engine its need fuel to support the all days work. The fuel that we need in our body is our food we intake everyday. The food we ate is burns or oxidizes and a good diet contains different nutrients.
1. Protein - is the main component of tissue and organs. Proteins are needed for growth and repair our damage body cells. Like animals protein they have a higher nutritional value than plant protein because they contain more amino acid.
2. Carbohydrates - are nutrients that provide us our body with energy. Like sugar and starch are carbohydrates. They are source of energy for our metabolism. Like cereals, fruits and vegetable contain the natural sugar, starch and cellulose.
3. Fats – its liked carbohydrates it’s provide to our body with energy. Some fats are found in meat, diary products and other fats found those in olive oil, vegetable oil, and fish. Fish has a natural fats it is good to our body.
4. Water - is needed by our body so that metabolism can be maintain.
5. Vitamins – are essentials and good to our body.
6. Fiber – is the structural materials (cellulose) in the plant. High fiber can be found in fruits, raw vegetable, cereal and grains.

Like many other, proper nutrition should be taught to children. At this stage, children develop lifelong eating habits that contribute to their overall well being. Calorie requirements of children go up as they grow. Boys need higher levels of these than girls do, however consider other factors, like your child physical activity, size, and body composition to determined how much food he or she needs.
Prepare a nutritious food for them; ones packed lunch should supply at least 1/3 of child daily needs.
Teach your child to drink six to eight glassess of water a day. This is a good habit that can be useful throughout the rest of ones life
Encourage an ell balance diet by offering a wide array of food from each food group.
High calories desert, snacks, such us chips, regular soft drinks or ice-cream, should only given as treat and not eaten on a regular basis.
