Because swimming is fairly aerobic and it doesn&#8217;t place a lot of stress on the body. However the problem with swimming is that it doesn’t allow our body to heat up, which is one of the benefits of other aerobic exercise. He shares also the other factor exercise of swimming, when it combined the cooling effect of the water, it can increases our appetite. On a scale of one to ten, this workout it scores a five in an aerobics training rating and a seven for convenience. But, if the exercise of swimming can increase on our appetite, it&#8217;s up to us to control our diet to stay healthy.</strong></p>

Forget about the surface or appearance of events, but find out what happened emotionally to you. Acknowledge what’s makes you angry, sad, or frustrated; at the same time explore what’s make you happy and confident and what is it that gives you the feeling of having life by the tail. Once you are able to acknowledge your emotions as valid and tangible try to establish the reason for your feelings try to establish the reason for your feelings. But sometime we commit wrong choices in our life without any consultation of our self and to God. We have to accept the fact that it is not other people and circumstances that kept us achieving the worked for success, but our own doing. There are some people who are afraid of change simply because they are not aware of their strength, they imprison themselves within the narrows of boundaries of their limitations. Change cannot achieve quickly, it has to come gradually and deliberately. Changing ourselves is the first success we will celebrates.</p>

But the more intriguing is that this negative link disappear almost entirely if the mother forges a secure connection with her baby. The professor said there is some future studies are needed to confirm the findings.</p>

In this problem there are probable causes like, faulty eating habits such as bedtime snacking, over eating, inactivity (decreased energy expenditure), endocrines disorder and drug action effect.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Probable Symptoms</span> :</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">-	<em>Overweight</em>. Overweight is 10 % above the desire body weight. Body fats percentage is more than 15% for men and more than 25% for women.<br />
-<em> Obesity</em>. Weight is 20% above desirable body weight. Body fat percentage is above 20% for men and above 30 % for women.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Helpful Dietary Management</strong></span> :<br />
-	Manage overweight and obesity using the physical activity, exercise and behavior modification.<br />
-	Modify diet if the cause of obesity is a faulty diet. Only a small percentage of all obesity cases are non- dietary in nature.<br />
-	Have a diet low in calories, low fat and high in complex carbohydrates if reducing weight.<br />
-	Take daily food allowances in a 3 regular meals with breakfast as the heaviest and supper the lightest.<br />
-	Omit supper but not breakfast if ever skipping a meal is desired allow a 5-hour interval between meals, and not less than 3 hours from the last meal bedtime.<br />
-	Never snacks just before bedtime. It is major offense.<br />
-	Drink from 6 to 8 glasses of pure water everyday. Drink in between meals.<br />
-	Lose weight gradually but consistently until you reach a desirable weight. A person should only lose weight but not get sick. Remember you did not grow that big overnight. Up to 2 pounds per week weight loss is desirable.</p>

Well, even if it’s made of wood, most probably has structure of element that holds and made of cement. A lot of us take for granted about cement; it’s a big help to build our house or any structural. There’s a lot more to know about this humble building materials, because understanding cement and concrete can help your construction cost down and create a sturdy, well-made structure. If we ask our self what is cement really? Cement is more than just sand a bag-its actually made by clinker (type of ash or cinder), gypsum and other materials that are ground together. Cement is the most active component of concrete and becomes a powdery binder when mixed with minerals aggregate (gravel and sand) and water. Mixing cement should be done thoroughly and uniformly to produce a strong and durable concrete. In preparation of concrete, one part cement, two parts sand, and three parts aggregate is placed into a mechanical mixer. If you don’t have a mixer you can mix it using with shovel. The less water there is in relation to cement, the strong the final concrete will be. This will also prevent shrinkage and cracking. As rule of thumb, five or six gallon of water is used per 941lbs bag of cement. Since concrete has a rather low tensile strength and weakens on long spans, it is strengthened using steel rods called reinforcing bars. Air bubbles also weaken concrete so commercial concrete vibrators onto construction site to eliminate any air that has been trapped during the pouring of liquid concrete.</p>
