Soda is not really good for you. Coca-cola, Pepsi and many more are high in fructose. If you are craving sweets or refreshments, you can have the healthy alternatives. Here they are:
1. Light yogurt and fruit smoothie. Creamy and sweet, high in calcium and only 174 calories per cup.
2. Tomato juice – contains beta carotene and lycopene
3. Organic soda that doesn’t contain high fructose. I get this kind of Soda from Safeway sometimes. The brand is O- Organics. They taste really good. They are fruit-flavored soda. No caffeine at all. It is organic. But it is best to avoid any kind of soda because carbonation affects the stomach. However, carbonation and phosphoric acid in the soda can cause calcium loss in the bones.
4. Apple cider. I love apple cider.
5. Tea or coffee, unsweetened

Stretch before getting up- when you wake up in the morning, the blood flow is lack through the spine that makes your back vulnerable to strains. Our muscles are tight and joints are dry that why you should do first the stretching. The good thing you can do to avoid back strain is to stretch before you get up. Stretching will start warming up your body and lubricate your back. Try something simple way as you lying on your back in a relaxed position with your legs extended. Slowly raise your arms over your head and lay then on the bed. Gently reach with both arms as far over your head. Then, add your legs and toes to the exercise pointing your toes toward the foot of the bed. Do this fro ten seconds and allow your body to relax.
2.Use the log roll technique- the technique goes like this as you are lying on your back, roll over onto your side so you are facing the side of the bed you plan to get out of. Gently bring your knees toward the chest, keeping your legs in contact with the bed at all times. As you do this simultaneously use your hands and arms to push you upper body up off of the bed, let your legs fall slowly off the edge of the bed. As your upper body rises up, most of your weight will be on the hip, buttocks and thigh rather than the spine. Complete it the maneuver by putting your hands on your thigh and extending your back up as you push yourself up and out of the bed. Keep your back straight and head up a rise.

Have you ever wondered how our brain gets the message that makes us feel hungry? Hunger has nothing to do with an empty stomach, as most people believe. Hunger begins when certain nutritive materials are missing in our blood. When the blood vessel lack of these materials, a message is sent to a part of our brain that is called “hunger center”. This “hunger center” works like a brake on the stomach and the intestines. As long as the blood has sufficient food the hunger center slow up the action of the stomach and the intestines. When the food is missing from the blood, the hunger person often hears his stomach rumbling. When we are hungry our body doesn’t crave any special thing of food, it just want a nourishment it depends on the individual how long we can actually live without food, a very calm person can live longer than excitable one because the protein stored up can live longer than a excitable one because the protein stored up in our body is used up more slowly.

fascinating stroller that suit for our child. If you’re planning to have a child, it’s good to know that there are designers producing baby equipment. The Mima’s Kobi, is a stroller that has been designed and able us to bring our child anywhere we go with out any hassles. It is easy to convert from seat to carry cot. It has a seat unit and simple to operate as a suitcase. Simply zip it open and inside you will find a frame with the carrycot attached. The carrycot pops out, and you can position the baby comfortably. Once he/she is ready for a seat, you simply put the carrycot back into the seat. With the stunningly stylish, it’s made of a state-of- the-art technology; by Kho a Dutch designer who is now based in Spain. Kobi recently took out the innovation award in the stroller category at the Kind & Jugend fair in Cologne.
