Hunger begins when certain nutritive materials are missing in our blood. When the blood vessel lack of these materials, a message is sent to a part of our brain that is called “hunger center”. This “hunger center” works like a brake on the stomach and the intestines. As long as the blood has sufficient food the hunger center slow up the action of the stomach and the intestines. When the food is missing from the blood, the hunger person often hears his stomach rumbling. When we are hungry our body doesn’t crave any special thing of food, it just want a nourishment it depends on the individual how long we can actually live without food, a very calm person can live longer than excitable one because the protein stored up can live longer than a excitable one because the protein stored up in our body is used up more slowly.
