The Difference between The Caffe Latte and Cappuccino

Both caffe latte and cappuccino are made from espresso. Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing steam through finely ground darkly roasted coffee beans. When espresso is mixed with frothed hot milk or cream and flavored with cinnamon, it is called cappuccino.

The actual proportions of the ingredients is depend on the person making the drink. For instance, a cappuccino is usually a shot of milk and 50 percent frothed milk. However, it is sometimes made with equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and frothed milk. Sometimes caffe latte is topped with frothed milk. Sometimes caffe latte is topped with frothed milk.

There are many variations of these drinks such mocha latte, which contains chocolate syrup, granita latte, which is frozen espresso topped with whipped cream, and flavored lattes such as raspberry latte.

Have you ever wondered how our brain gets the message that makes us feel hungry? Hunger has nothing to do with an empty stomach, as most people believe. Hunger begins when certain nutritive materials are missing in our blood. When the blood vessel lack of these materials, a message is sent to a part of our brain that is called “hunger center”. This “hunger center” works like a brake on the stomach and the intestines. As long as the blood has sufficient food the hunger center slow up the action of the stomach and the intestines. When the food is missing from the blood, the hunger person often hears his stomach rumbling. When we are hungry our body doesn’t crave any special thing of food, it just want a nourishment it depends on the individual how long we can actually live without food, a very calm person can live longer than excitable one because the protein stored up can live longer than a excitable one because the protein stored up in our body is used up more slowly.

Snacks become a part of the day’s meal. It supplements the food eaten between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and supper. Our snacks should be nutritious and easy to prepare. There are lots of snack meals to choose from. They are cheap, yet nutritious snacks provide ¼ of the total calories needed by the body. In urban areas, midnight’s snacks are also served while watching TV.

1. Sandwiches are the most common snacks we eat. They are nutrients and easy to prepare. There are different fillings that we used in sandwiches such as eggs, cheese, ham, hot dog, chicken and burger.
2. Vegetable like tomatoes, cucumber, or cabbage and lettuce are used to enhance the appearances of the sandwiches and to make it more nutrients since vegetable are rich in minerals and vitamins.
3. Baked products and noodles are other examples of snacks. Noodles, spaghetti, and macaroni are rich in protein and carbohydrates. For baked products there are several foods item like bread, assorted cakes, biscuits, pies, tarts, and pancakes.
4. Milk and fruit juices are foods that are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals.

We must remember snacks are good but, we must watch out the foods we eat specially those foods do not contain nutrients that needed our body.

1. Coping with stains and burns. Make paste of baking soda and water and rub into coffee and tea stains.

5. Add a little vinegar to rinse water for shiny, steak-less glass.
6. For a shiny steel sink, make stainless steel sink clean with a little rubbing alcohol and remove spot and remove spots with the white vinegar. For a truly sparkling stainless steel sink, buff with a little baby oil. Remove rust spot (like those from rusted steel wool and pads) with lighter fluid.
7. Stain pan and ovens. Remove stains form stove drips on pans by using laundry detergent. Use little amount toothpaste to remove black scruff marks from appliances. Rub water rings on your table with petroleum jelly.
