Our skin is our body’s guard, protecting our organs against from bacteria and chemicals. It is also the body’s thermostat regulating the body temperature, through the sweat glands. How to take care of our skin? It’s includes bathing at least once a day with soap and water.
Try to clean your face at least twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed. If we don’t wash our face the dust and dirt will block the pores and create pimples and blackheads. Pimples are due to the blockage and infection of the skin. To get rid those pimples make sure wash your face with a cleanser with antibacterial properties. There also many pimples creams and gels which you can apply to dry up your pimples. The other thing you should do, moisturize it at least twice your face before going to bed. A lot of people complain that they have dry and rough skin. This can be due to variety of reason. Strong soap, not drinking enough of water and an air conditioned environment. Using very hot water can cause also skin dryness, to prevent this you should use lukewarm water and avoid strong soap. To have soft fresh skin first removes the outer layer of dead skin cells by rubbing a wash cloth in a circular motion on your skin gently. This is called exfoliation. Eat a balance diet that are rich in fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water. Cut down your tea, coffee, alcohol, which cause water loss through an increase in urination? Having enough sleep is very important for the skin. It is during our sleep that our skin regenerates itself.

One of the ways to keep good people happy is to remove the barriers that inhibit from completing some task. Each person has unique set of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and talents. Each of them brings a special help to us, even in our work.
I said this because I notice some of our top management. They don’t give us a chance to grow with our own skills. Sad to say they care only for themselves, for myself I don’t like to be fit into a box created by others. Many jobs and employers utilize other talents to achieve the goals they want to achieve. Each of us has different talents and skill that can bring advantage performing individual task. To accomplish a task we should give every person who in-charge on that area to grow. One of the reasoned why people leave one employer to go another is to escape the intolerance level of frustration. People want and need support to get their jobs done. The solution of this it’s needs a support from the team member or from the top management. Some of other problem is lack of information needed. Workers may need information to get the job done. With experience people on that field has shown that the most progress is made in a small steps. It’s better to have a small success than a big failure.

Living in a high-rise doesn’t necessarily mean giving up your favorite-drilled meals. How ever there are two types of indoor grill the open grill and folding grill. The open grill is use a built in heating element in the place of charcoals. This type of grill still involves the flipping frenzy one usually does for out door grills. The flavor is also closest to the real thing. The second type is called the folding grill. It can cook both sides at the same side. These require less attention on the part of the griller. Indoors grill, require extra focus on the part of the grille’r. You don’t want the dripping elements from your cold cuts to get into your kitchen and catch fire. Stainless grill aren’t necessary the best grill. Stainless grill sometimes change color after a week of use. Cleaning it the stainless grill with polish every now and then.
