Many of us like to eat anything from vegetables, meat and sweet. But there are some people believe it depend on their blood type in taking food intake. That’s why some are meticulous the food they intake.

Eat Right for Your Type is based on the premise that you should eat certain foods in regards to your blood type. Some types are told that they need to eat a balance between protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Some blood types are told that they should not eat lean meats, or only vegetables, or can’t eat certain vegetables, etc. Without knowing the individual and their fitness goals, how can anyone determine these requirements? If you really need to lose some weight, see your doctor, get to a gym, eat smarter, and don’t check your blood type. First of all, animal protein has nothing to do with blood type. Blood type just measures how your blood cells bind with protein fibers. So if you like to eat its should be balance and just remember too much of everything that’s the problem started. Live and have a healthy life but never forget not only your health also have healthy spiritual lives.

How to believe in yourself

Posted by admin on 23rd February 2010

Tips on how to believe in yourself, first it to stop the habit of complaint. That’s a side of unhappiness. Stop complaining: see that you are better than you think you are.

You must stop thinking about your liabilities. You are only human; everyone has liabilities. Think of your compassion, your courage, you will to succeed.

You must stop distrusting yourself. If you don’t believe yourself, why anyone else believe in you.

You must stop ridiculing your own weakness. You are not perfect it is true but if we were perfect anyway, chances are nobody would like to know you. You’d make other people feel inferior. You must keep battling those negative forces inside in you. You must keep fighting for breathing space. Don’t let the forces of unhappiness trap you. You’re a free man-a free woman! Don’t give up your freedom. God gave you life on this earth not to be unhappy. God gave you life so you could fulfill your purpose, so that you could affirm your individuality, so that you could assert your identity. Not so you could fall into the quicksand of unhappiness, living centuries of frustration, endless days of misery. God made us with purpose.

What is the origin and meaning of Valentines Day? In A.D. 270 the emperor Claudius 11 decided that married men made poor soldier because they did not want to leave their families to go war. So he issued a proclamation forbidding marriage. As a result, lovers secretly went to Valentine a Christian bishop, who would marry them. When the emperor heard about this, he brought the bishop before him and attempted to convert him to roman paganism. He left her a farewell love note and sign it “ Your Valentine” and he was executed on February 14, some years later the catholic church proclaim him a saint.
